Welcome S T Kimbrough, Jr., is known as a professional singer under the name Steven Kimbrough, and is known under his legal name of "S T" as an outstanding scholar, author, churchman, and publisher of global songs. Internationally known operatic, concert, and musical theater singer (baritone), and recording artist, who has performed on the professional stages of North America, South America, Europe, and Asia. Author and performer of Sweet Singer, a one-person musical drama depicting the life and work of Charles Wesley, which debuted in 1985 at Carnegie Hall in New York City. Has performed over forty major roles as leading baritone of the Bonn Opera Company and many other opera houses. Described by The New Yorker as "a remarkable singer, with a cultivated, easily flowing baritone of fine quality and a rare command of words and rhythms"; by The New York Times as having a "mellow, dramatic, elegant" voice; and as a "magnificent baritone" by the Journal de Genève.
